In connection with organizing the Conference, we process the following personal data:
Participants: Data provided in the registration form (i.e. e-mail, job position, place of job, city, etc.), attendance data at the Conference, data including images captured in recordings and photo reports from the Conference.
Speakers: First and last name, the name of the represented organization, biography, photograph, attendance data at the Conference, data including images captured in recordings and photo reports from the Conference.
Additionally, depending on individual needs, we process data:
- Required by law, e.g., tax law, accounting;
- Data contained in applications, complaints, and other requests from Participants to us;
- Any other data if necessary for the realization of purposes and in accordance with legal regulations.

Conference Organization
The main purpose of processing your personal data is the organization of the Conference you are participating in: registration, ensuring entry to the Conference, sending you notifications regarding the Conference, access to accompanying events, documenting the course of the Conference, and all other administrative issues required for the proper organization and course of the Conference.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of you and DZclub, related to enabling your participation in the Conference according to the registration request.
Marketing of Products and Services
DZclub would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, for example information about upcoming Conferences.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason. Simply send the appropriate information to the email address provided above.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data for marketing purposes before its withdrawal. This means that the withdrawal of consent is effective from the date we receive it and make changes to our databases, but does not affect processing before the withdrawal of consent.
Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes based on the consent you have given until you withdraw it. We also periodically try to refresh the consents we have received.
Accounting and Taxes

After reviewing your case, its documentation will be processed for archival purposes related to the protection or pursuit of claims, as described below.
Do you have to provide your personal data?
We require you to provide your personal data contained in the registration form which may vary from Conference to Conference.
Additionally, if you contact us, we require you to provide data enabling us to effectively handle your matter.
If required by law, we may ask you to provide other necessary data, e.g., for accounting or tax purposes.
What rights do you have with respect to DZclub regarding your collected data?
We enable the exercise of all your rights under GDPR, i.e., the right to access, withdraw consent, rectify, and require to delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You can exercise these rights as follows:
- Regarding the right to access data: whenever you want to obtain information about the processing of your data or receive a copy of it;
